  1. Name the exact model. “Gaming laptop” is not a spec; a model number is.
  2. Check who the seller is. The store, or a third party using its site? Their return rules can differ.
  3. Read the return rules first. The window, any restocking fee and what counts as opened.
  4. Add up the total. Shipping, tax, an operating system and any missing cables or parts.
